Who I help

Two kinds of businesses. Two very different sets of maths.

Selling a $40 product and selling a $4,000 service are not the same job. Anyone who runs both the same way is guessing, and the guess usually costs more than the ads.

Track 01 — Products

eCommerce brands

Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces. The maths is unforgiving because every sale carries a cost of goods, a shipping cost and, in a lot of categories, a return rate nobody wants to talk about.

  • Blended ROAS measured against contribution margin, not gross revenue
  • Catalogue and feed work, because the feed does most of the targeting now
  • Offer and creative testing on a schedule instead of on a hunch
  • Repeat purchase rate treated as a paid metric, not an email one

Best fit: brands already doing revenue who want to scale without ROAS falling apart at the higher budget.

Track 02 — Services

Lead-generation businesses

Clinics, consultants, real estate, B2B, local services. Lead count on its own means nothing. What matters is how many of those leads your sales team is actually pleased to call.

  • Cost per qualified lead, with the definition agreed by your sales team first
  • Close rate tracked by campaign so you can see which source really pays
  • Offline conversions pushed back into Meta and Google from your CRM
  • Junk filtered out before it reaches anyone whose time costs money

Best fit: businesses where one good lead pays for a month of ads, so quality matters more than volume.

How I work

Four weeks in, you will know exactly what a sale costs you

No mystery, no monthly report that celebrates reach. Here is the actual sequence, and it is the same whether you are spending two thousand a month or fifty.

STEP 01

Audit

Account, tracking and the last ninety days of spend, read properly before I suggest a single change. Most of what is wrong is already visible in the data nobody has looked at.

STEP 02

Fix the foundation

Tracking, conversion events, audiences, product feed. Boring work, and skipping it is exactly why most accounts plateau at the same number every month.

STEP 03

Test and cut

Structured tests with one variable at a time, given a fair window, then losers killed early. Sentimental attachment to a creative is an expensive habit.

STEP 04

Scale what holds

Budget moves toward whatever stays profitable at higher spend. Plenty of winners fall apart when you double them, and finding that out early is the whole point.

Who you are dealing with

You will always know who is in your account

I am Raghaw Mishra. I have been doing paid advertising since 2020, across roughly twenty-five countries, mostly for eCommerce brands and lead-generation businesses.

There is no account manager layer here and no weekly call to justify one. You get the person doing the work, a flat monthly fee that never takes a share of your spend, and a monthly report written in plain English that includes the things that did not work.

Everything stays in your name from day one. The ad account, the pixel, the tags, the creative and the data are yours, and if we stop working together you keep all of it, working.

Why me

What you get here that an agency will not give you

I am one person with a deliberately short client list. That is a limitation in some ways and the entire point in others.

You get me

The person who sold you on the call is the person in the account on Tuesday morning. No handoff to a junior three weeks in.

You own everything

Ad accounts, pixels, tags, creative, data. All in your name from day one. If we stop working together, you lose nothing but me.

Honest reporting

Bad months get reported as bad months. You will get the reason and the plan, not a chart of impressions dressed up as progress.

No lock-in

Month to month, thirty days notice either way. If the work is worth paying for, a contract should not be what keeps you here.

FAQ

Questions I get asked before most calls

It depends on what a sale is worth to you. For an eCommerce brand a sensible floor is roughly $2,500 a month in media, because below that the platforms cannot gather enough conversion data to learn anything. Lead generation can start lower, especially where one closed client is worth a lot. If the budget is tight, the honest answer is usually to fix pricing or margin first rather than spend more.

I write the briefs, decide the testing order and explain exactly why each concept is going in. I do not shoot video or design graphics. Creative is most of the job now that targeting has narrowed, so if nobody is producing assets for you, that will cap your results long before the account structure does. I will say so early rather than let it quietly become the reason nothing scales.

Two to four weeks for the account to stabilise and the tracking to be trustworthy. Six to eight weeks before I would trust any scaling decision. Anyone promising week one is describing a lucky campaign, not a system, and lucky campaigns have a habit of unwinding in month two.

Yes, and most of the work is. Clients in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, the Gulf and across Europe, alongside Indian brands. Reporting is in your currency and against your market benchmarks. Calls get scheduled around your timezone rather than mine, which is a small thing that turns out to matter a lot.

Not at all. Quite often the useful first step is an audit, which you are free to hand straight to whoever is running the account now. Some people do exactly that and never work with me again, which is a perfectly good outcome. Replacing a team that is doing fine would be a waste of your money.

A flat monthly retainer, agreed before anything begins. Never a percentage of ad spend, because that quietly pays me more for telling you to spend more, and I would rather not have that conversation with myself every month. Media goes directly to Meta and Google on your own card, so you always see the real number.
